1, i have a meta 3
2, A full subscrition with scripts on slr
3, An Auto blow ultra, same wifi etc
4, various local directories on my pc with script and file named correctly.
5, universal media server and smb server
6, windows advanced smb is enabled.
7, DEOVR Latest version on meta 3
8, firewall correct.

I turn on headset, same wifi for heasdset and autoblow.
I open the deovr app and login to SLR.
streaming scripts work pefectly. YAY!!!!

problem.
I go to the bottom of the player and select the local files folder. search via dnla. deovr finds my server.
i browse to the relevant directory where the videos and scripts are stored, it finds them and plays ONLY the video not the scripts. config sees the autoblow and will allow manual playing. but NOT the scripts.
it states script not available?

I donot want to sideload via cable all the scripts to the headset. i have hundreds and managing them this way i dont want.

amazingly HERESPHERE works faultlessly in smb and dlna.

But I want to use you deovr app.

please help
ive tried asking before and just get bitty, often pointpointless responses.

    By the way, DeoVR supports only DLNA, not SMB.

        @thumper69 The scripts should be stored in the "Interactive" folder on the headset.
        Please upload the script to the "Interactive" folder of your Quest 3 and provide the Grant Access to Storage for the DeoVR. The folder icon is located in the top-right corner of the Local Files browser.

          Also both video and funscript file must contain its own folder

          so.

          'video 1' folder

          that folder must contain the following:

          'video 1.mp4'
          'video 1.funscript'

                i dont want to sideload hundreds of scripts. for ease and management of my storage purposes. dont need to sideload on heresphere. im hoping you can sort this

                          Not working for me.
                          Using DLNA. the folder in my NAS has the videos and the funscript with identical name
                          I've created the "Interactive" folder in the Oculus 3 Headset, copied every funscript file located in the DLNA folder.
                          DeoVR has been granted the permission to access the headset storage.
                          Tried opening a DLNA file on DeoVR, on the video i don't see the icon to enable the script.
                          Accesed the haptics options on the menu on the right, it says: "there is no script available for this video"

                                    It's not a matter of getting them confused.
                                    Alex gave instruction regarding on how to load the script using the local file options.
                                    I just did what instructed. Not working (for me).
                                    most likely his instructions are to load the video AND the script on the interactive folder.
                                    But that defeats the reason of using DLNA

                                    If i'm not mistaken, the problem with DLNA is that it doesn't support the .funscript files. meaning, they are not being mapped and are not visible for the headset.
                                    i think the best option for DeoVR is to also support SAMBA

                                            Please note that for proper functionality, the scripts must be stored directly on the headset. Unfortunately, they will not work otherwise.
